When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your package's status through the shipping provider's website. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to be updated in the system.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is delayed or lost, first check the tracking information for updates. If the address is correct and you still haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping provider (USPS) and file a claim. I will do my best to assist you, but once the package is in the carrier’s hands, it is their responsibility to ensure delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact me immediately. I can make changes to the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, I am unable to modify the address.

Will my package be insured?
USPS Ground Advantage includes $100 of insurance for both outbound and return shipments. However, for high-value items, you may want to request additional insurance. You can contact me for more details or to add insurance to your order.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, I will contact you to resolve the issue. You may need to cover the cost of reshipping.

Can I select expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. These options may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
