Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at deltariseco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.
Can I return an item I’ve already worn?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or used. Please ensure your item is in new, unused condition if you need to request a return.
How do I initiate a return if my item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at deltariseco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are damaged or defective. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable.
How long does it take to process a return for a damaged item?
Once we receive the damaged item, we will process your replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, if the order has already been shipped, our return policy will apply.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at deltariseco@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
Are return shipping fees covered?
If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you offer exchanges for a different item or size?
We do not offer exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, we will assist in sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
