Care & Cleaning Instructions
EARRINGS:
Polymer clay is lightweight, durable, and designed to last with proper care. To keep your earrings looking their best, follow these care tips:
- Keep Dry: Avoid getting earrings wet, as brass components may tarnish.
- Proper Storage: Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Gentle Use: Avoid wearing earrings while sleeping, swimming, or showering.
- Avoid Chemicals: Keep away from oils, creams, and perfumes (apply perfumes before wearing earrings).
- Cleaning: Gently clean pieces with a damp cloth.
- Brass Tarnish Removal: To restore tarnished brass components, you can use a small amount of ketchup or baking soda with water. Apply with a soft cloth, rinse with warm water, and dry thoroughly.
BOOKMARKS:
Each bookmark is handmade and one-of-a-kind, with small variations that make it special. With proper care, it will last through many cozy reading seasons!
- Handle with care: Polymer clay is durable, but may break if bent or handled roughly.
- Keep dry: Avoid water or moisture, which can weaken the adhesive or damage the finish.
- Store safely: When not in use, keep your bookmark in a cool, dry place (like inside a book or on a flat surface).
- Avoid heat: Don’t leave in direct sunlight, hot cars, or near open flames, as extreme heat can soften the clay.
- Clean gently: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth if needed—avoid chemicals or abrasives.
TOPPERS:
